Works Commence on the long awaited Cheshire Business Park

Marshall CDP have commenced the development of Cheshire Business Park at the junction between the A556 and Manchester Road.  The site has been master planned to provide high quality offices, hotels, nurseries and further unrivalled amenities in this strategic position within the North West's transport infrastructure.

The first phase of development will be the self contained office accommodation.  Phase ! Is currently on site offering premises from 4,000 Sq.Ft (371 Sq.M) and will be available in Spring 2009.  Further phases will offer design and build opportunities of up to 400,00 Sq.Ft (37,161 Sq.M).  The offices will provide tailored Grade A specifiction including solar tinted glazing, full air conditioning, full access raised floors and will be designed to a BREEAM "very good" minimum.
